Since I somehow can't prepare good vegan scrambled eggs with tofu, I've always wanted to get my hands on vegan scrambled egg powder but never found one. So when I saw this package I had to get and try it immediately. The package contains 600g of powder which makes approximately 10 eggs. I've decided to make a scrambled egg bun - so I've made 2 eggs (20g of powder, 100ml of cold water). I had a pre bought bun so I took it. It's easy to make and you don't need many other ingredients - just cold water and your usual kitchen supplies. When I opened it, it truly smelled like eggs. Not like actual eggs but like the normal vegan egg powder - at least I think so. When I put it in the pan, it got brown pretty fast but it was kinda sticky on the pan so you need to have an eye on it. You can make scrambled eggs or an omelet with it. I seasoned it with pepper, salt, curry powder and also a little bit of kala malak (of course, because it's like the go-to spice concerning vegan egg flavor). It has a strong smell and taste and I also think that it's not a good idea to eat a lot of it since it's salt. I also used some fridge herbs (chives, parsley) for taste and decoration. It's also #glutenfree and it says that it's a good source of #protein which is a really nice addition. Will definitely buy it again!

Preparato già insaporito per omelette e uova strapazzate. Devo dire che appena aperta la confezione si sentiva il classico odore di uovo e già lì mi è piaciuto. Poi per provarlo ho usato il doppio di una dose, (sulla confezione tutte le istruzioni) che equivalgono a due uova. Veloce nella cottura. Inizialmente un frittatina che consigliano dopo 2/4 minuti di girare e poi dopo poco di romperla per renderla strapazzata. Nell’insieme mi è piaciuta, non posso fare paragoni visto che è il primo prodotto del genere che provo. Se dovessi ritrovarla la ricomprerei molto volentieri. Il nutri- score lo classifica coma A. Consiglio.

The texture is the same of the scrumbled eggs. I added some spices and it was a good brunch dish.

Such a cool product! It comes in powder form, and all you do is add cold water and then cook the “batter” that forms. You can have it as an omelet or scrambled eggs! Definitely recommend

Nice, tasty and so much like eggs. For me an easy "too lazy to do something for my food"-version of breakfast. I like that you can decide "how many" eggs you want to make by weighing the substitute. What I dont like is the price...
