Una scoperta incredibile.. non mi sarei mai aspettata una bontà del genere.. la Zaziki è perfetta nelle insalate, nel pane ma anche mangiata così com’è.. mi piace il suo gusto coinvolgente

Veganer Zaziki The taste was ok so far..., just a little bit too sour to me, and too less garlic - but that is not a problem, I would add some additional garlic to the zaziki, would I buy it again. That zaziki is made on base of plant oil (rapeseed oil), and also contains almond protein and chickpea protein, cucumber and garlic. I was so excited when I found this but it‘s just a huge #disappointment . The texture is very weird, like jelly? did you ever accidentally freeze your yoghurt because your fridge was too cold? this is the texture! a weird jelly clumpy mass. Okay. Geschmacklich top aber warum ist die Konsistenz wie Suppe?

I saw this on Instagram in a story from someone who bought it and it looked interesting, however it is too liquid. Otherwise very tasty and great as a salad dressing. You can also feel the garlic in it. It is really good. 😍🌱
