This seems just like mayo with a tuna flavor. And it does taste like tuna, that’s good! The problem is the texture, it’s just plain fat, like mayo. It would be so easy to add some vegan soy based fish… trust me, blend some seaweed like nori and chickpeas, that’s better.

Quorn is entering the vegan scene with a bang with so many fun products to try. This tuna style spread for example! It’s mayonnaise-y and rich, but I added some extra salt for that ocean-y flavour. Would probably be lovely in a baguette with some salad, tomatoes and a squeeze of lemon! #veganisnotscary
