Vegan Seitan Ribs

Loved the texture of these seitan ribs! Definitely have that "pull-apart" ability and a pleasig chewiness. Had both the Classic BBQ and the Spicy Korean BBQ flavours and I'd highly recommend either!

Follow the instructions and you are good to go with the delicious dish!

Looked so promising but texture was way off like some piece of salty gummy. Didn’t char that well. The sauce was ok. Was falling apart and did not hold well to be grilled—I later tried baking it again too. Would not buy again unless they fixed the texture
