Vegan Salami

I liked the idea of this , just wish it was a little more flavorful . Was also a little dry . But was good in scrambled tofu , and in a sandwich . Good not great .

This is a really good seitan based alternative but it doesn't quote have that same flavour and saltiness that traditional salami has.
