Bought it at green common stir fried with teriyaki sauce was very soft and tasty!

Really like the cut and texture of this! Cooks up really fast as well after

defrosting so it's really convenient and probably the closest I'll get to making yummy bulgogi "beef" at home 🤗 - I cooked it in a homemade marinade but I realized that it has a bbq flavoring already - so perhaps it'll taste pretty good without the extra sauce (need to try that next time).
Makes 2-3 portions so I find the price point of ~$10 very reasonable since one would pay $5 or so at your average hawker stall for something like this!

I was so impressed with the Unlimeat gochujang “beef” served in the hotdog I ate

at Green Common, I had to buy some and try cooking it at home! I’m still freaked by the texture because it’s so tender and feels like I’m eating real beef 🤯

Wow, so impressed by this beef! I've had it in Green Common's dish before, but

that was noodles in soup where it felt too oily. Here in a stir fry it's perfect. Convincing taste and texture, and the ingredients are pretty good for you too! #veganuary
