Great tortillas for any kind of wrap! I made jerk mushroom and chickpea wraps with them for din tonight. Not a fan of the #plastic they are wrapped in though. #deathbyplastic #tortillas #wholewheat #wholewheattortillas #wraps
I was at NoFrills doing my groceries and these were the cheapest #wholewheat #tortillas! They were just under $4. I have been using them for my breakfasts. I have been adding avocado, tofu, hemp seeds and a difference sauce each time. I've added pesto, Sriracha and homemade roasted red pepper cashew dip. It is filing and I liked the story on the back of the package. :)

The soft flour tortilla wraps were the perfect size (the size I got was “large”) and were extremely fresh. They folded nicely and didn’t break or tear. To deviate from the norm, I used a couple wraps to make “burrito pizzas”. I don’t know if this is a thing or if I’ve just stumbled upon a creation. (Perhaps I should trademark “burrito pizza” and “burrito za”) I basically took the burrito stuffing and spread it on a tortilla wrap, added some plant-based cheese and bbq sauce, and stuck in the oven for a few minutes. See the last photo. The tortilla came out crispy and still held the burrito pizza toppings without falling apart. This was super delicious! Each wrap provides a lot of fibre and iron, with a decent amount of protein. I think each wrap is equivalent to about 2 slices of bread, from a calorie count perspective. I don’t think the nutritional numbers differed much between whole wheat and plain white tortillas, but I might be mistaken. I would definitely get these again.
