my sister and i had high hopes for this Kite Hill Ricotta Tortellini and unfortunately were super disappointed. it doesn’t come with sauce so we just used regular tomato pasta sauce and the tortellini was so bland for some reason- like could barely taste the ricotta at all. kinda lackluster for like $10. 🍝🧀

Tasted amazing! Creamy ricotta filling and tender tortellini. Easy and quick to prepare. My one issue is the plastic packaging.
Kite Hill’s Tortellini filled with almond milk ricotta is very tasty and feels fancier than your average pasta. 🍝 I usually make this pasta with a red sauce but decided to use pesto topped with sun-dried tomatoes this time. It was soo yummy! I used to love tortellini nights with my family, so I had to get this. The pasta is great, stood up well to boiling and tasted good. However I wasn't a huge fan of the cheeze. The taste was just slightly off. This wasn't a huge problem as I eat mine with tomato/marinara sauce, but sort of disappointing. I think if you're a fan of the tub Kite Hill ricotta though, you won't have any issues and this would be amazing overall! For me, it was fine and I dont think I'd get it again soon. (BTW, looked up the non-veg Buitoni brand my fam gets, and the price is only $2-3 more and the nutrients are pretty similar. Not bad!)
Loved these but wanted more stuffing, which is why I’m glad to have the ravioli to try next! I have missed tortellini and now I don’t have to 😊. Ate w garlic and mushrooms in a spicy cream sauce I made.
