Kite Hill’s Tortellini filled with almond milk ricotta is very tasty and feels fancier than your average pasta. 🍝 I usually make this pasta with a red sauce but decided to use pesto topped with sun-dried tomatoes this time. It was soo yummy! My partner and I shared this package, but if it doesn’t seem like enough for two, adding some garlic bread on the side is always an excellent option. #kitehill #madeincalifornia #madeinhaywardcalifornia #tortellini #italiancuisine #vegan #plantbased #dairyfree #ditchdairy #pesto #italian #sundriedtomatoes #ricotta #almondricotta

I used to love tortellini nights with my family, so I had to get this. The pasta is great, stood up well to boiling and tasted good. However I wasn't a huge fan of the cheeze. The taste was just slightly off. This wasn't a huge problem as I eat mine with tomato/marinara sauce, but sort of disappointing. I think if you're a fan of the tub Kite Hill ricotta though, you won't have any issues and this would be amazing overall! For me, it was fine and I dont think I'd get it again soon. (BTW, looked up the non-veg Buitoni brand my fam gets, and the price is only $2-3 more and the nutrients are pretty similar. Not bad!)
