Este tofu tiene un sabor muy neutral, entonces es ideal para usarse ya sea en recetas saladas o dulces. Lo único que hay que considerar es que el bloque es muuuy suave y frágil, entonces hay que sacarlo con cuidado del empaque para que no se troce.
