👍 The firmest tofu I've found in a supermarket. The taste is so good, it's

one of very few tofus that I eat raw just because I genuinely like it and not because I was too lazy to cook it. High protein, healthy fats and free from added salt.

👎 Pretty expensive for the weight of the pack, and isn't a source of calcium as it's set with nigari.

#tofu has always been one of my favorite food, I can live without meat alternatives

but never without #tofu
Frying them and mixing with a special Chinese sauce is the best way to enjoy personally.
However I still prefer tofu from Chinese supermarkets than this company s product, the #texture is just too firm to my likings and much too expensive for what it’s worth.
