Tex mex Jack Fruit

This was my first time eating jackfruit and I can say I wasn’t disappointed! I

used the jackfruit to make tacos and the texture resembled pork. Even my meat eating sister enjoyed it! If I could give this product more than 5 stars, I would. The flavour was on point!

Where do I begin... firstly never tried jack fruit before , was pleasantly surprised how

versatile it can be ...
secondly “The Jack fruit company” has out done themselves with how fucken delicious this stuff is .. wow !
Going to attempt to buy a fresh whole jackfruit and recreate this but chances of it ever tasting as great is probably not possible.

We like to serve this jackfruit on top of vegan nachos. I’m still not sure

how a fruit can approximate a meaty texture, but it does! The Tex Mex seasoning is flavorful and not overpowering.
