When you first take this patty out it looks quite similar to raw meat and appeared to bleed beetroot juice when being fried. You can keep cooking it until it gets a crispy edge and the beet juice evaporates if, like me, you like your #fakemeat medium to well done. I liked these better than the gardein ones because they are thicker and not as firmly packed. #veganisnotscary 👻 (21)

Really liked this burger. In texture a bit similar to the beyond burger but this one is Aussie made and more affordable. If cooked right it’s nice and juicy and pink in the middle. 3 min on each side as to instructions. $8 for 4 (frozen product) Pretty natural ingredients, lots of protein, contains vegetable oil. Don’t mind my burger photo, was a last minute meal and didn’t have burger buns on hand, tasted so good anyways 😍. My non-veg partner liked them a lot too.

Looks good, but tasted pretty dense. For the price I’d probably stick to Beyond Meat #veganin2020
