Thai Green Curry

I would say this is not a great version of a Thai Curry. Although it has a lovely and fragrant aroma, I find the taste a bit too sweet. #thai #amys #lazyvegan

Meh. I had this awhile ago and found that it was just ok. Set my expectations too high for this considering it’s a microwave meal. I was expecting some spice but there wasn’t any, and it was actually more on the sweet side. Also got a little freaked out by the tofu chunks cause the texture was too similar to chicken lol. Cool that almost all ingredients are organic, but it’s not cool that they participate in union busting and treat their factory workers really badly - if want to know more about that there’s a great washington post article out there on this https://www.washingtonpost.com/food/2022/04/13/amys-kitchen-boycott-worker-mistreatment/ and some videos on YouTube too. It really tastes like #curry and one feels like it’s eating healthier than other frozen meals. It was especially good to eat something warm after spending several hours in the highway 🥰
