Great product for making vegan ground beef, bacon crumbles, veggie burgers, and so much more. I love all the products from the Anthony‘s brand. The buckwheat groats are great for making vegan grape nuts. And I use the farro several times a week. Great in salads—and so much more.

This product responds very well to moisture when it's cooked or added to soups and stews. It has a nice texture and absorbs any seasoning or flavor I add to it. It is loaded with protein at 12 g,, 0 sodium, and 10% iron and potassium. It's really nice for sauces and stews and soups.
