One of the best products I’ve ever tried as an egg/omelette substitute!

the flavour is really appealing! It’s consistency is really close to an egg omelette but it (personally) tastes better (wasn’t really a fan of omelettes actually)!

Granted the presentation isn't great (my bad) but the taste was really good.
It's very easy
to prepare making it a great option for a fast lunch or a big brunch.
I added tomatoes, red pepper, onion, and parsley to the pan before adding the mix and it worked wonderfully.
Unfortunately I was out of Feta "cheese" but if you have it in the house I recommend putting some in the pan before adding the Omelette mix or on top before serving it for an amazing and tasty Greek Omelette.

A powder-type alternative that can be used for omelettes and other egg dishes. While it
does taste and smell like egg, I personally found it a bit hard to prepare it; it got sticky and I couldn’t make scrambled eggs successfully. Maybe I need some practice…… #veganisnotscary

Mix pronto per preparare una simil-omelette: basta aggiungere un po' d'acqua, mescolare bene e cuocere
in padella per pochi minuti.
È un prodotto pratico e il gusto è buono. Con una busta preparo circa 8 omelette.
