This is really the best tofu that there is like ever. There are also good
one that are softer, but from the firm ones this one is my number one. It is a bit more expensive however very delicious. It is from Germany.

A very good #tofu !!
The smoked flavor is there but not too much.
Inside is soft
and yummy 🤤 I really liked it.
I only pan fried it a bit and then on top of a slice of bread 🤤

There are a lot of smoked tofu blocks out there. This is by far my
most favorite one. Love the texture and the smokiness. I eat it almost everyday on bread or panfry it for salads and sauces. Even better with sesame seeds inside or the black forest tofu which is sadly not being produced anymore 😪
