Sweet potato coconut curry

Vegan society approved. Quite a nice taste. Great to have in the cupboard as a back up meal when there’s nothing fresh. Doesn’t look very appetising but has good flavours and textures.

The curry is a mild flavour, quite palatable with rice. Would add some extra chilli flakes and coriander next time round. Really filling and a decent meal for the price. Overall another good addition to the tinned vegan range at Asda!
