Faithful to Nature is having Black Friday specials, so I bought a few of these sachets. This would have been better in a smoothie and not straight up mixed with milk. It has whole chia seeds in, so it's a rather chewy drink, which I'm not a fan of. And it only has 12g protein per serving (the reason why I don't buy this product normally, but it was half price, so I'm not complaining). Tomorrow I'll throw the next sachet in my nutribullet and mix it with banana, nuts and more protein powder 😋

One ofy favorite protein blend that I add to my daily smoothies. Taste not so good on it's own which I blend it in with bananas & peanut butter.
I was gifted this by a friend of mine and i enjoyed it alot, lovely vanilla flavor too which has been hard for me to find in protein shakes.
So good to have a single serving size portion for travel.
I had to jump on the train and see what all the hype was about. This is delightfully moreish. I would have given it a solid 5/5 but I honestly think its ridiculously priced. It will definatley be in my pantry but as a treat!
