Sun-dried tomatoes

This is quite acidic and chewy (more chewy than normal for a sundried tomato I feel). However it was still tasty to me and I enjoyed it when we added it to some hummus pasta.

Going to put these in my basil pesto and salad. Pro tip: soak them in a jar in some olive oil and balsamic vinegar to soften them! Tastes delish

I got these sun-dried tomatoes from Spar for under R9, such value. I put them in some oil to soak and then I like to add them to pasta. Spar doesn't always have them but when they do it's such a treat. #abillionlove
