I think they have mastered the pastry as it's just as I remember Frey bentos being, but the filling is very lacking in flavour. Not horrible just not much flavour to it.

Oooh difficult one to review really. Not a bad pie overall if you want something easy and relatively cheap, but it is super processed, so not great on the digestive system if processed food is normally an issue for you. The inside was a weird jelly consistency and the actual fake meat bits were few and far between. Can’t comment on the kidney beans as I ate around them (not a fan generally) It did have lots of flavour though and was easy and pretty quick to cook (25 mins) but I don’t think I’ll be having it again anytime soon.
Very handy to have in the larder. A pie in a tin! #huntsabs
