spinach schnitzel is like cordon bleu - but the filling is spinach. i tried some spinach filled products from other brands and wasn't that impressed so i didn't plan to buy this product. but then it was on discount and i tried it. based on soy, contains gluten, is sugar-free. vitamin b2 and b12 added. it was a bit tricky to pan fry it because the whole breading fell off oopsie daisy. taste was okay but still not impressed. wouldn't buy it again tbh. #schnitzel #veganschnitzel #sofine #sugarfree #soybased #vegangermany
