i was in charge of snacks for tea and thought i would try something new. this #spinach #flatbread was delicious. there are two layers, so there is plenty but it was kind of $$$ @10. i bought it from lazy acres and they tend to have a high markup but they were close. there's a great spinach flavor . . . spinach and bread, what's not to like? plus it is clearly marked vegan. i am saving the other half for plane snacks. i would but it again, but maybe not from lazy acres. clearly marked vegan. got a nice #carbsforlife fix also. #vegansnacks

This is a great product for a super quick and easy meal. I just pop it in the toaster oven and run the toast cycle for 4-5 minutes. The flatbread is very thin so you can really taste the filling, which is just a bit spicy. #flatbread #spinach #quickandeasy #quickmeal

Five stars for sure! This is my favorite of the Bolani line. Put it in the toaster and then smear their eggplant spread on top. Absolutely delicious.
