Excellent texture, easy to cook and nice price, just try it.
Pre-cooked soy meat from Marukome’s Daizu Labo line. There are three types– minced, fillet, and chunks. This one is the chunky type, perfect for karaage or meatballs, so I really enjoy it in tacos and wraps 🌯 Since it’s already pre-cooked it’s very convenient! But I find the taste a bit strong, so I always rely on seasonings🧂 and sauces to make it extra delicious. Also, it may seem a bit expensive but I always get 2-3 servings out of one pack, so it’s quite reasonable in my opinion.
Used this in my Pad Thai as a meat substitute. The meaty texture and flavour was a great addition. This product also goes well with dishes like stir fry and curry.
