I always use this soy sauce when I prepare Japanese food.
Soya Sauce and recipe for my dear @gemgirl 5 🥄 lemon juice / 3🥄 soya sauce / 5 spoons water / 1 and 1/2 garlic powder/ 1 and 1/2 onion powder // 1/3 cumin powder // 1/2 rosemary // 1/3 ginger powder // 1/2 black pepper // 1/2 cotsco southern spices mix // 1/3 sweet paprika 1/3 of cayenne powder I leave the tofu or the tempeh for minimum 3 hours in the fridge ( if you leave the night before is better ) I throw it on the pan with the marinade , and I leave to cook , it need to absorb all the liquid , when it absorbed all the liquid I add a bit of olive oil to toast a bit ( the tofu or the tempeh ) And when you are going to cook you can add a bit more of soy sauce , lemon juice and the southern mix ( I add also garlic powder because I love it 😻) #marinade #veganisnotscary #veganin2021
