Southwest Mix (Meat Replacement)

This mix made absolutely great burgers!! It says that it will make 4 patties per bag but it only makes 2 unless you have white castle buns lol. But still well worth it! It came to about $1.50 per burger.

Definitely interesting! It just mixes with water and it turns into a paste. You can turn it into patties or cook it like ground meat. The flavor tastes like taco seasoning, so it’s great in a taco or burrito. I would definitely try this again and use the original one to make burgers!
