Fry's was started in the Fry family's home kitchen over 30-years when Wally & Debbie Fry started experimenting with how to make nutritious vegan 'meat' to feed their family of vegetarians. At the time there were very few people who understood why (back then plant-based living was very niche). Fast forward three decades and Fry's is a fully fledged second generation business with a global footprint and over 40 delicious, non-GM plant-based 'meat' products.

A very easy to prepare southern fried strip with a spicy crumb 👌🏼💚

Tasty plant-based/vegan substitute. They have a slight hint of spice in the crumb coating. Purchased these on special, so it was reasonably priced especially to keep in the freezer. It's going to last a while since I don't eat processed foods often. Enjoyable and provides a nice addition to a meal on an occasion. 🌿 #meatsubstitute #veganfriendly #plantbased #freezerfood #palmoilfree #ecopackaging
