Tried the Nongshim Soon Veggie Ramen and it’s a solid comfort meal. I did this version with less broth and added some five-spice crumbled tofu and mushrooms - super satisfying and flavourful (see second photo). Tastes good, but too much plastic packaging. We’re inundated in plastic and it’s killing us and the oceans.
I was expecting the noodles to not be spicy, but I was wrong. They were actually quite spicy, but very managable. The noodles were nice and I will buy them again!
They are soo spicy. I didn’t expect it to be even a little spicy because it’s just veggie noodles but nope. But nonetheless if u like spice and neutral tasting ramen this is the one for you
My go to. Tasty and so filling. I add my own bits like tofu and mushrooms. Yummy.
