Soft Baked Mini Cookies

I love those little cookies. These are my favorite flavor. 120 calories a package.

These are great! Glad they’re individually packaged so you can grab a pack on the go.

A friend of mine gave me these to try, and while they tasted okay I wasn’t really crazy about the texture. Not sure if buy them for myself, there are other options I’ve liked better.

I love how allergy&vegan friendly Enjoy Life products are!! Their soft baked mini cookies are a fun buy, they kind of remind me of the old Cookie Crisp cereal (minus the crispiness 😅). The taste isn't anything special, and I actually much prefer their regular sized cookies in flavor and texture. However, these are great as a vegan ice cream or smoothie bowl topper! I personally ended up making mini coconut cream dessert sandwiches with them ☺️ I wouldn't buy them again just to eat them alone, but I would buy them for a fun dessert accessory 🍪 happy snacking!

These were okay. They have a good flavor but I thought they were really dry.
