These vegan #delislices are quite nice, and I appreciate the protein content. They're of course high in sodium, but they bring the flavor. I was craving a #veganitalian sub, and these did the trick perfectly! #friendsnotfood

Another deep discount find! Smoked tomato deli slices from field roast! I generally don’t reach for meat alternatives due to how salty they are. With these sodium is around 460 per 3 slices. I wouldn’t eat them often but they are convenient to have on standby. Delicious! Very flavourful, goes great on a toastie. These were $7-something I think, purchased from the newly opened Vegan Garage in Mango Hill - a little 100% vegan supermarket 🙌🏼
