I like these seed balls. They are quite crumbly and dry, so they break easily in sauces. The taste and texture are otherwise nice. Like to heat it on pan or use it in sauces when the balls crumble and the sauce becomes thicker.

Veggie balls made from mainly oats and sunflower, flax & pumpkin seeds. I like their flavour a lot. Ended up using this package for basic tomato sauce that I ate with pasta. I kind of crumbled them so they were more like a mince. Another great way to eat them is with potato wedges. Price is usually around 2,50 € /package.
My mom bought these “meatballs” that are made of oats and seeds. They’re okay in terms of taste but not exactly a good source of protein as the carb content is pretty high. Probably not something I would buy again.
What I don't like about such products overall is that one dish comes in big plastic packages. Therefore I try to avoid buying them often but sometimes they come in handy. I hope they come up with a more ecological packaging some time soon. Otherwise these ballsies are really interesting, they are actually mismade bread! They were trying something else but what they come up with was so interesting and delicious, that they started to produce these mismade bread balls as vegan food. 😄
These seed-oat balls have their own great taste. Definitely will buy again. Taste could be a little more moist.
