I was really surprised by the quality of the cheese, it melts really well and
presents itself pretty realistically to the real thing unlike some vegan cheeses on the market. I would definitely recommend for things like a vegan toastie or even to substitute in a potato casserole.

Este queso rallado no me sabe a cheddar pero está muy rico y derrite muy
bien. También me gusta mucho sin derretir. Lo recomiendo aunque al ser importado es muy caro. Lo compré en Carrefour.
