Asian-inspired wrap stuffed with spiced seitan 'meat', hummus, vegan mayonnaise, pickled red onion, and beetroot. 🌯🧆 Personally wasn't such a fan of the seitan, though to be fair I generally don't like gluten-based 'meat'. I was impressed that the tortilla wrap itself was also infused with beetroot though. All things considered, this was nutritious and affordable! The wrap used to be quite bad but I believe they have since changed up the ingredient list a bit and now it’s SO much nicer! Perfect when in a hurry and there is nothing else on hand. The seitan is really tasty and well marinated, quite strong taste of coriander, so might not be for everyone.

A lot of veggies inside. Seitan tastes good, maybe the wrap consistency needs to be less mushy and wet from the inside toppings.
not bad but not enough seitan! the seitan was chewy and tender with a good sauce but it wasn’t evenly distributed throughout the wrap so some parts were a bit more bland (and just full of lettuce) while some parts were full of seitan. not bad tho will get again for grab and go!
