Per me uno dei migliori seitan commerciali, non rimane gommoso e la consistenza è molto gradevole. Ottimo per le scaloppine al vino o qualsiasi altra cottura o marinatura grazie alla consistenza che permette di assorbire i liquidi facilmente.

Buonissimo ma veramente ottima consistenza. Ci sta fatto a staccetti e saltato giusto con un filo di olio in padella fino a doratura
