I use it in deserts but can make a good toflette also. Really perfect for deserts. Eco bio

Very very soft, probably more suitable for puddings and sweets than for soups.

Only tried to cook a couple of dishes with this. A little sour need to be balanced with other flavours.

Nice product, often very convenient. Nice texture and flavour.

Silken tofu is great. I use it for almost everything 😅
