Ob sich die Schlagcreme gut aufschlagen lässt, kann ich leider nicht wirklich beurteilen, da ich
sie nur zum Kochen benutzt habe.
Sie ist eine sehr gute Grundlage für Sahnesoßen, sie hat eine schöne cremige Konsistenz.
