Satay stir fry sauce

You can almost always count on Blue Dragon for a tasty cooking sauce or dip. This satay sauce was pretty tasty. I wish it was a bit sweeter, but I would definitely get it again. Not overly peanuty tasting, even though it’s satay. Vegan #satay stir fry sauce with #redcurry paste, peanuts, soy sauce and onions. It has a decent flavour from the #peanuts that I like, paired with a milder curry flavour. You can taste a slight bitterness without acidity from the lime and some #onion as well. There is a noticeable sweetness to it. It tastes good, I just wish it had more #nuts and more flavour. It feels slightly bland. The texture is pleasant. Not super thick for a #wok sauce but it has a decent creaminess to it still. Coats veggies and noodles very well. Smooth texture, it has some chunks of chopped peanuts, but there aren’t that many and they’re pretty small so you don’t notice them much. It is a #palmoilfree product. Clearly labeled as vegan. The packaging is not recyclable. 💵~26 NOK at Kiwi. It was pretty good anyway! I love these sachets as they are so handy to have when you need a quick and tasty tea. This was really nice and super affordable. I’d definitely get this again.
