Santa Fe Burrito

i did not eat this! Sometimes my 89-year-old mom does not feel like cooking and likes a quick meal. I went grocery shopping with her and steered her to daiya as she has celiac's and their burritos are gluten-free. her comment was 'not bad', which is high praise for a frozen burrito. #burrito #frozen

What a great snack for after work … or a meal .. or just about anytime… has a little spice to it … I made mine in the microwave wrapped in a moist paper towel.. I tried a burrito in the air fryer.. that was a no go … lol

Of all the Daiya 'rritos I've tried, this has to be my favorite. I usually pick em up for something to eat while I'm up at work. They're best when I've baked em in the oven because they microwave makes the tortilla oddly chewy for some reason. Still tasty though and good for quenching hunger until you can eat later.
