È molto buono, come nella versione già affettata. La consistenza non è troppo compatta ma vale la pena.

I noticed it for the first time at the local supermarket and of course I had to try it. The packaging is a bit complicated (a sort of tissue plus the outside plastic) and I frankly find the smell better and more intensive than the taste. Having said that, I used it more for cooking and it conferred a smoky, salty taste to my dishes.

Troppo buono! La confezione è fichissima, ha l'involucro esterno come i salami ma è in stoffa. Si affetta bene ed ha un sapore ottimo, per me è perfetto per condire pizza e panini.
