On it’s own it tasted a bit dry, but it worked in the dish. Not my favourite vegan ‘mince’, but in general still tasty.

I feel sorry for my nonna but she’ll never know I actually enjoyed this ready-to-eat ragù (but yes, I now miss her a lot).

Vegan ragu. The texture & flavour of the faux meat is amazing, but I feel like I could’ve done a better job at the sauce… #veganisnotscary
