Rallado sabor cheddar y mozzarella de la marca Nurishh comprado en Carrefour. En cuanto a sabor, esta marca de quesos vegetales es de las que más me gustan. Esta variedad en concreto me ha gustado bastante. Me sigue costando fundirlo en el horno o microondas, pero en una sartén con tapa se funde muy bien (3ª foto)
El sabor está bastante logrado, aunque es demasiado fuerte y artificial. La textura podría estar mejor ya que es un poco pastosa. Pero te hace el apaño para recetas tipo pizza.
