Quadrotto vegano alla mediterranea

Quadretto alla mediterranea molto buono, si sente il gusto delle erbe aromatiche , non ha un retrogusto “chimico” unica cosa troppo salato ( ma io tollero poco il sale). Mangiato solo o in una baguette con affettato vegetale é perfetto!!

Molto saporito e le erbe si sentono appena. L'illusione di un formaggio stagionato rimane

Diciamo che è ok. Non ha un sapore vero è proprio. In mezzo ad un panino dà un tocco in più, ma non è fondamentale.

Allora,diciamo che ci si prova,ci sta,se messo in un giusto piatto con i giusti ingredienti (esempio in una piadina) ci sta tanto,c’è sempre la cosa che sa più di burro o di grasso che di formaggio,il fatto che sia alle erbe aiuta molto

It's a pretty okay vegan cheese. It doesn't have too much flavour but I like the herbs. It's decent to just add on my sandwich, but I didn't feel like it added much. I could see it being nice with cooking.
