LA marque de fauxmages que j’adore. Le seul, à mon avis qui arrivent à remplacer le mieux le goût du parmesan. Dovrebbe essere la versione vegana del parmigiano, ma ho provato a mangiarne un pezzetto e ho sentito il retrogusto di olio di cocco che non ho gradito molto. Devo dire però che grattugiato sulla pasta o sul sugo è accettabile. Voglio provarlo sulla pizza per vedere se si scioglie. Comunque lo consiglio solo per condire la pasta
Da solo non ha chissà che buon sapore, particolare. Provato grattugiato sulla pasta invece è molto buono.
