Normally would not buy this brand, this was a gift. I have used only as a mask so far but I did like it so I do attest this product is effective but I am not sure about Garnier overall..

No I won’t buy this again. It works but not vegan! This company still tests on animals, it isn’t cruelty free, there are just no animal products in it, it is a marketing loophole.. deceptive. #crueltyisntpretty #animaltested #abillionlove
