Poppadums

Lovely taste with a tone of flavour I would highly recommend!

I use these with curry. Put 4 in the microwave on a plate at a time and microwave 1/2 minutes. ( a la Jamie Oliver)

I love that these are so easy to make. They made from lentils firstly. Secondly you can pop these into some hot oil and they quadrupole in size and add a lovely element to any Indian dish.
