Plum Tomato Marinara

A bit of a challenge to find sauces using plum tomatoes! No sugar or preservatives. Tastes amazing! Found this at Grocery Outlet. Also, it doesn’t lower my pH, so this is an alkaline friendly product! :)

Love, love, love this marinara sauce. Simple to heat, season with any extra goodies (I added a bit of nooch), and serve in a variety of ways. The fifth picture is a basic pasta mixed into the marinara sauce after about 10 mins of simmering upon the stove. Not a very thick sauce, however the noodles were well coated with extra sauce to slurp afterwards. Gluten-free and no sugar added. Purchased at #imperfectfoods for around $6-7 for a 16oz bottle. #veganisnotscary

This was really delicious, and a bit sweet! I used it as a pizza sauce, but I think it would be great on pasta too! #veganuary
