This #sourcream was shockingly good! It has a smooth creamy consistency and a very bold sour taste. Nutritionally it's not terrible - it is high in saturated fat from the coconut oil and has no protein (per serving), but it is low in sodium and carbs, and has a decent amount of fiber and calcium. This is #soyfree #glutenfree and #nongmo . I made single serving size dip using this and just mixed it with Trader Joe's Green Goddess seasoning- so good! It says use within 10 days and don't freeze, so I will be trying to figure out what else to make- probably tacos and maybe a salad dressing. This was kind of expensive so I don't want to waste it! I 10/10 recommend picking this up on your next trip to Fred Meyer or Kroger's to try. Definitely makes it easy to #ditchdairy !
