Plant based Parmesan

This is my favorite parmesan cheese that I can find so far. Follow Your Heart is number 2. It's nice and hard and so easy to grate for salads. The flavor isn't on par with dairy yet, but very good. I'll keep using it happily.

Love that it comes in wedges of hard cheese, just like dairy Parmesan. Grates up perfectly and delicious In recipes. Also including some Miyoko’s products as I was able to get all these things for a discounted price at Grocery Outlet Bargain Market.
