Plant Based Mayo

We buy this Mayo over hellmans vegan because it tastes better and it’s not from a company that also produces with eggs. Always got a jar in the fridge. Great taste !

What if I told you you could combine eating vegan food with avoiding food waste? This mayo is made with aquafaba that would otherwise go to waste, I love the concept! The taste is not exactly like the original mayo, but it’s a really valide replacement

Super duper, aquafaba based mayo. I'm not massively keen on mayo but this was tasty and definitely had a slight eggy-ness about it. It is also made from produce that otherwise would have been wasted 🌱
