Bellissima Amsterdam, ma potevo non portarvi una chicca culinaria che ho trovato qui in Olanda? Appena ho aperto la confezione ho sentito il classico odore della scamorza, così veritiero e uguale che ho dovuto rileggere gli ingredienti e il marchio vegan e plant-based. Il gusto poi sa proprio di scamorza, non saprei definirlo meglio. L’aroma di affumicato elencato negli ingredienti dà proprio il tocco magico. Diciamo che se si vuole ingannare un amico onnivoro questo è micidiale per aspetto, consistenza, profumo e sapore. Da lasciare a bocca aperta.
