Pizza cheese -Wilmersburger 🧀 -Taste: The flavor of this cheese is really good has this cheese touch , in my opinion anyone can’t miss the cheese taste with all this vegan options , I used for empanadas /pizzas/ some veggie rice recipe / etc . -Nutritional Values : 313kcal for 100gr ,is high in fat percent but hasn’t any percent of sugar 👍. 📷 The second picture is a Melanzane pizza, I made the base ( with whole-wheat flour ) , I did a slime slice of eggplant and gave it a touch of airfryer. I cook first the base a few minutes with the tomatoes sauce and after I add the eggplant slices , and for the last Step i add the cheese , because this cheese don’t really melt. @sunnycaribbeanvegan 💚 ( she is my Jedi in this vegan universe) she said me that if I mix the cheese with plant-based milk melts better, the next time we’re going to do it.
